30th March Fixtures To Be Confirmed
Can you check to make sure the midweek fixtures are correct, we can now continue until 30th April.
Any games not arranged by Friday will be scheduled by myself, any team failing to fulfil the fixture will be subject to rule 10F
Fixtures have been revised, please check.
To enable as many teams as possible to play each Sunday i have not been able to accommodate every pitch share, your options will be to either change kick off time or reverse the fixture.
There will also be a page of midweek fixtures, dates for these will need to be confirmed with each other and forwarded to me within 7 days, please note this is a league instruction. Once confirmed they will be subject to current CWYFL rules. Any games not confirmed within the 7 days will be scheduled by myself.
Teams are expected to complete all of their fixtures, any games not played will be subject to Rule 10F.
We currently have 3 Sundays left to complete the remaining league fixtures before 30th April.
Play offs and Finals will be played during May. Any games postponed will need to be played midweek
Teams that have not yet played each other are requested to do so by way of a double header. The 1st half divided in to two 20 minute periods, this constitutes the first result with the same for the second half. The referee must be paid for both games.
If you wish to play on 20th April can you let me know ASAP
If you have any problems with the above, can you contact your club secretary for clarification.

Please send 21 day notice requests via email.
Week after week i am receiving match forms with information missing, usually the referee mark.
When you have filled the form in can i suggest that if there are any empty boxes you check why.
Regarding 21 day notices, if you need to cancel a fixture date you must give me at least 21 days notice and not 20,19,18 etc.
Also note that to change a kick off time or venue, i must be given 8 days notice.
No late requests will be accepted.

For players that were registered last season i will need 2 passport sized photos and a player registration card with 1 of the photos attached, the player reg cards need to be downloaded from the link above.
For new players i will need, as above with a form of identification, birth certificate, medical card or passport.
I will supply the new Player ID Cards and Green stickers.
